The training program of our project was implemented with 6th grade students in their schools during counseling hours in 2012 Fall semester. The program was not implemented with control schools. Students who participated in the training program took another supplementary training when they became 7th graders. After the evaluations of the second follow-up, we ended our activities in schools.

It has been a very broad applied research. Performed for the first time in Türkiye, this project provided scientific data on adolescent development as well as created a training for optimal and positive development of early adolescents.
